1. The service

Yisun Spark (“Service”) is operated by Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. and lets organizers create lucky-draw, wish-wall, and live-vote events, then share links or QR codes for participants to join.

Organizers pay a software subscription fee (service period plus monthly interaction quota). We do not fulfill prizes, handle offline transactions, or operate a stored-value or prepaid card program for consumers. Subscription fees are paid via PayPal to the operator.

Interactions: each participant draw, wish, or vote counts as one interaction against the organizer’s monthly quota. Prizes are redeemed offline by the organizer and must be described in event rules.

2. Accounts and organizer responsibilities

You must be the event organizer or an authorized representative and provide accurate organizer name, phone, and contact details.
Use an email you control. After sign-up we send an activation link; you must verify before publishing events or purchasing a plan (valid 48 hours; can be resent).
You must write and publish event rules (prizes, redemption, dates, etc.) and are solely responsible for their accuracy and legality. We provide editing tools but do not endorse your rules.
Prize descriptions must not imply cash, high-value electronics, or misleading giveaways. The system may block high-risk phrases; use reasonable in-store perks (samples, stickers, discount coupons, etc.).
Public copy (titles, wishes, nicknames, vote options) is validated on our servers. Prohibited content will be rejected.
Do not use the Service for gambling, fraud, sexual exploitation, forced sharing (“share to unlock”), fake sweepstakes, or unrelated spam.
Collect only minimal participant data and comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including privacy and sweepstakes rules. See our Privacy Policy.
A valid phone number is required so participants can reach you for prize redemption.

3. Events and interaction rules

Events must be published before participants can join; drafts are not public.
Lucky draw: up to 3 draws per person per day (per event settings). Results are shown to the participant for in-person redemption.
Wish wall: public display; nickname max 20 characters; wish max 80 characters.
Live vote: one vote per person per event; results are for organizer reference. Any promised perks must be explained in rules.
Guests can try the UI on the preview page (10 times per day; no real data saved).

4. Plans and payment

After email verification, new accounts receive a 7-day trial (500 interactions/month). When the trial ends, a paid plan is required to keep events live.
Email verification is required before purchasing or publishing.
Standard: 1 month ($9) or 3 months ($24), 5000 interactions/month.
Pro: 1 month ($29) or 3 months ($69), 20000 interactions/month — for multiple events or high traffic. Maximum prepayment is 3 months; renew manually before expiry.
Quotas reset each calendar month and do not roll over. When exceeded, new interactions pause until upgrade or next month.
Refunds: you purchase instant-access digital software; service begins when payment succeeds. Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions (duplicate charges, clear error) may be reviewed if you email info@yisuncloud.com within 7 days. Try the free preview before paying.
Receipts / invoices: contact info@yisuncloud.com for documentation of software fees paid to us.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee 100% uptime (network, browsers, and third parties may interfere). We are not liable for indirect losses from participation or prize disputes; organizers are responsible for fulfilling prizes.

6. Security, enforcement, and reports

We log information necessary for security and support as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated targeted advertising.
If we believe an organizer violates these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict features or suspend/terminate accounts and cooperate with authorities when legally required.
Report abuse to info@yisuncloud.com (include URL, event name, and a brief description).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you non-waivable rights in your home state.
